This is the most cost-effective cutting system on the market since no dies or templates are required.  Perhaps it’s not quite as versatile as the computerised systems on the market but the work you produce is undeniably your creation and not the computer’s.  Of course it a little less expensive as well….

Some Modelers just want to cut circles from a range of materials and they will just need the cutting system.  Picture framers can add the Bevel attachment and extension piece to get the least expensive circular bevel mount cutting system on the market.

Materials the system cuts include: Card, Fabric, leather, various plastics, wood veneers, paper, parchment, and even metal foils but considerably less than 2mm of course,

It uses Standard Swann-Morton Scalpel Blades size 10A – these are available at most craft shops and some chemists or from this site at £1 for a pack of 5

The Blade Holders and their Studs

The 2 blade holders give you different cutting depths controlled by the studs under the holders near the blade.  The holder with studs is used on thin paper when not working near the center pin.  The One with no studs allows full penetration of the blade and cuts through card or mount board up to 2 mm thick
